Mid of Jan 2011 I finally entered into a deed of sale and purchase agreement for my new house. I'd been so long waiting for this event as so many barriers came upon me and prevented me from doing it. Again, I would like to add the "Amen" into my database of abundant blessings from the Most High. The word from Ecclesiastes 3:11 many times fulfilled upon me. It is very essential that we put down our desires and hopes into HIS hands and let HE give us best for HE knows all things much more than we do.
February 2, I was scheduled to share the word in the morning fellowship of the company. I took from John 2:1-10 regarding the "Wedding in Cana of Galilee" emphasizing on verse 10 but I titled it as "HE SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST with due observance of the last day of creation for first man . I chose this topic because I want to live the message with my fresh experience in order to give them something real not just humane words.
After exploring the message, I tried to link it with what God has newly done to my life. I forgot how many times I failed to get the housing credit facility from the bank. Started from the object, area of object, the price and lastly the most difficult was my credibility of financial record as reflected from centralized data of the Bank.
I know God has always had best plan to me but until I had entered into the deed for purchasing the house I could have not imagined it. I cried to God because my bad financial record was not entirely caused by my fault. There was a person misusing my trust and took away my payment for personal loan from a local administration bank. The other bank reported my remaining liabilities as a debt in arrears after full payment to my card notwithstanding I got their letter confirming I had satisfied all the outstanding (after discount) and the remainder would never be collected (but they forgot to write it off ).
Less or more 2 years I was freed from such bad financial report and during 2009-2010 I had chosen many houses to be nominated for the credit but seemed to no avail. In facing this reality, I never stopped to pray and believe that the beautiful house was given to me & the family by God cause I know HE'S NEVER LET ME DOWN. Now He gives me the beautiful home with a good garden and wider than our rented house just like what we prayed and I know once HE gives me the home HE will cover me with HIS love to settle the credit long before its maturity to take another step for further advantageous financial planning according to HIS guidance.
I praise God also for many colleagues, friends even my bosses who support me in prayer for having a home.
Again, I see ..... all things ..... like true and divine stories in the Bible, ............... HE SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST .... I LOVE YOU LORD!
